The hotel is worth the money. Its located near the central railway station. The area is not the prettiest one, but hey, you can´t have it all. The staff was amazing, especially Antilio!! We had tons of questions and he always had answers to them and time to answer them! He was just great, I give him 10 stars!! Would surely stay there again!
The location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Naples and the surrounding area.
The problem is not the hotels, Naples needs to collect the garbage better.
Good position and proximity to bus and train stations are great advantages of this hotel. Nearby is the police station, pharmacy, several fast food restaurants and stores so that you have all the necessary items on site. The staff is polite and very helpful. Do not forget to visit the Antique pizza mickele which is near the best in the world.
Just great evrithing îs great staff food silence
Cleanliness of the room and kindness of the reception staff.
Coffee available in the breakfast room.
We had 2 weeks of complete satisfaction! The hotel is surrounded by typical picturesque buildings and blocks of flats partly renovated, inhabited both by neapolitans and immigrants, so we could enjoy the lively and colourful atmosphere of Naples from inside. The whole staff is kind and effective, even the waiters, who, indeed, are staring at you while eating, but don’t mind, it’s just the charming neapolitan curiosity. Breakfast is basic, but good (3 kinds of juice, 2 of compote, milk, cornflakes, omelette, cheese, ham, salami/mortadella, rolls, butter, 3 sorts of jam, croissants, different kinds of coffee, hot chocolate etc.). The historic centre is 10-15 minutes walk, bus and tram stops – 200 m, ferry/hydrofoil – 10-15 minutes by tram, central train station and Circumvesuviana – 10-15 minutes walk, the convenient supermarket MD - 200 m away.
The Wi-Fi (prepaid card - 3 EUR/3 hours) is not working in the rooms, but only in the reception area. (Since the free public computer is frequently out of order or running slowly, the prepaid Wi-Fi card is the sole alternative for internet access.)
The breakfast, and the amability of the staff with good information about the trips around.
unfriendly no hot water leak in room
members staff were very helpfull and well known his job.
loved the facilities and room. Good value
The staff especially the restaurant staff were unfriendly
The hotel exceeded all our expectations for that money, despite the fact that the lobby looks a bit shabby. But room was good, comfortable and clean.
It's 200 meters from train station with all associated stuff like noise, dirty streets and suspicious persons ))
Breakfast food ran out every day and you had to ask for it to be replaced
Proximity to Central Bus station (take Alibus from to and from Airport at 3 euros each) - the bus stop to airport is by MacDonalds in the Train station. Take r2 bus to head to Old Historic Center, Municipio, etc. Take the Sorrento train line at lower level to visit Pompeii, and Sorrento. (Circumvesuviana). To visit Positano (wow!!), take the Sita bus at Sorrento (about 50 min scenic ride). This is cheaper than ferry, and you can continue from Pompeii if you start early. To visit Naples, we walked to the Ferry terminal (there are 2), you can also take bus. Buffet breakfast is good. Staff friendly.
Scary and very dirty streets leading to hotel, which is beside an adult theater (don't let this turn you off though).
The hotel staff are true professionals. The room furishing is old and simple, but everything is in place and works, and even has an electric kettle (blessing for tea radicals in a coffee-country like Italy). Good location to explore the old town.
This part of the the town is realy dirty and porn cinemas are realy around, but we felt absolutely safe there at any time of the day or night. Didn't notice any crack dealing or other criminal activity, agressive behaviour or anything of that kind. It is just a bit too loud (no soundproof windows, cars and scooters, kids, sometimes fireworks etc.)
The breakfast was good; staff was helpful, gave us information that was useful for us to get around in the city and near touristic attractions.
Though the location was good because it was near the train station (walking distance), that is not a very nice part of town.
